All order communications outside VGen are only handled through DM via @youruhisa on Twitter or Discord.

Listed prices are for personal use only. Commercial use will require an additional fee.

As the artist, I retain copyright ownership of all artworks created. Clients are advised to provide proper credit and not to claim commissioned works as their own creations

Final files will be delivered through Google Drive.

Clients will receive both the full-resolution artwork and a transparent .png file.

Requests for highly detailed backgrounds are not accepted. Assets and free stock photos may be used when necessary (subject to discussion).

Turnaround time is usually between 5 days to 2 weeks per slot, depending on the complexity of the commission and the artist’s schedule. Any expected delays will be communicated in advance.

Rush deadlines: the fastest possible delivery is 2 days from queue start for YCH and 4 days for other types (excluding full render commissions). Any delays due to late responses from the client may affect the delivery time and are beyond the artist’s responsibility.

Clients are entitled to up to 3 revisions during the sketch–base color stage, plus 1 minor revision during finishing.

Any major revisions at the finishing stage will be charged the same as the original commission fee.

Canvas size adjustments can only be requested during the sketch stage.

For local payments (IDR), QRIS is accepted with no additional fees. For international payments (USD), only PayPal or VGen is accepted.

Payment options include full upfront payment or a 70% down payment, with the remaining 30% due after the base color stage is approved.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the slot.

Refunds are only available if the artist is unable to deliver the final work within 2 months of the queue start date.
